I recently had my dryer vent cleaned by First Coast Home Pros and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! The technician thoroughly cleaned out my entire vent system. They were also very careful to protect my home during the cleaning and left everything tidy when they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional dryer vent cleaning service.

This company, First Coast Home Pros, is on my list for next year’s dryer vent cleaning and I will definitely use them for other projects that they are qualified to complete. My dryer sent me a message that the air flow was blocked. Really... I wanted a company that 1) had insurance 2) guaranteed their work and 3) was priced appropriate for the task. Timing is everything! They were able to schedule me the next day. Knowing that he was running late and long before I even knew they should be arriving, I received a call that they would be late because the job before me required more time than they expected. Homeowners, make sure that the companies you hire to be on your property have insurance.

These folks did an excellent job power washing our house and cleaning our windows on the first and second stories of our home. We have some challenging windows in a 23 foot high wall and they were real pros. Very careful with all our things, moved furniture (and putting it back!), but including all lanai furniture. I used them 3 years ago and had a similar experience. Very very happy with their service

My neighbor recommended First Coast and we decided to give them a try. Joe was terrific! Timely, friendly and did a great job, beside being reasonably priced. He was very cognizant of the time and completed our project within the hour. We will definitely call on her m again.

Matt and Ryan were great! They called ahead, did exceptional work and left everything looking beautiful. They took the time to understand the job, walked me through the work and reviewed everything with me at the conclusion of the work. They left my house and yard looking as though no one had been there - except for the like new driveway and bright white trim on the house. In my experience, First Coast has always had the best estimators and service teams & great value based on the final product.

Initial impressions are really good. The company was very flexible with scheduling. Only minor issue is they could improve on their communication. The original tech didn’t show up, not their fault. However, the company did make up for it and we got it sorted out. The price was much better than the other companies in Jax. The tech Billy was really professional and punctual. The work looks great so far. I will update over time.

First Coast home pros sent a crew to our home to do a thorough cleaning of our screened lanai that we recently had fully glassed in. The stucco walls, fan, light fixtures, tile floor had buildup of pollen, dirt, etc that blew in through the screens. We wanted the room cleaned and freshened before we start using it as a sunroom. Thank you so much to the "pros" that came and did a perfect job! These 3 women were on time, efficient and very pleasant. First Coast home pros rates are reasonable too!

I don't how First Coast Home Pros does it. They have the best people! Liz and Crystal just cleaned my house yesterday and they did an outstanding job! I have a dog and she sheds a lot! They got all the dog hair, all the dust, and all the little bugs that get in my house in the summer. My stainless is beautiful and my mirrors are spotless! These two ladies worked really hard and I so much appreciate all their hard work. Please take care of them First Coast Home Pros. I would love to see these two ladies again. And, a quick shout out to Linda who was not feeling well. Get better lady!

First Coast Home Pros pressure washed my house and soffit fascia and some patio stones and stone patio furniture at the rear of my home. The fellas on the job did a fantastic job and were very helpful in moving the furniture from the patio and then putting it back when they were done. I also had them clean several very tall windows on the patio, and replace the carpet with a new one - they did a great job! It is wonderful to see through the windows to the backyard and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you First Coast Home Pros for a job well done.

We have had First Coast Home Pros deep clean or home several times. We have now decided to have their every other week service. We have the same crew every cleaning. They are on time, open to suggestions, courteous and focus on doing a good job. All crew members bring a happy disposition with them.

Matt and is crew cleaned my roof today. The before and after job was amazing to see. We had our neighbor stop by seeing how professional they were with prepping my home. Also thier manners and kindness was above normal. Would recommend there work to anyone.

Dryer vent cleaning: Super easy to make the appointment, prompt response and they came out within 3 days. First Coast Home Pros stayed in contact during the whole process and seemed genuinely concerned that we have a good experience. I appreciated that their reps mentioned other services they provide but didn't do a relentless upsell. The two technicians were prompt, polite, efficient, and professional. Will use again!

Crew was professional, friendly and took great care in neutralizing the chemicals, protecting all my newly planted landscaping. I would highly recommend this company to have both your roof and dryer vents cleaned.

Matt and his partner did an extremely good job with my low pressure roof cleaning. They are very professional, knowledgeable of their craft, and very courteous. So happy to have found First Coast Home Pros. I have used them to clean my gutters, steam clean my grill, clean my dryer vent and today they installed leaf filter gutter guards. They are always very communicative, promptly arrive when scheduled, do wonderful work and always leave the premises clean when finished. First Coast Home Pros did a fantastic job cleaning the solar panels on our newly acquired home. The panels had not been cleaned for some time and required extra elbow grease to get the job done. I was not home for the cleaning, but they sent pictures of the panels once they were done, and looked amazing!! Scheduling the visual inspection for the quote and service was easy, and they accommodated a schedule change when needed.

Great customer service from Rachel rallying up workers almost last minute to help us with some rotten wood replacement. Obie is such a nice, courteous, knowledgeable, a true professional, and a hard working one at that. Snag some DNA for cloning, cause he's worth it. Thanks to the whole team. Used First Coast Home Pros for the first time today to get my gutters cleaned. Excellent, excellent service. Jay and Richard took great care and making sure they hand cleaned the gutters washed the gutters out cleaned out the downspouts and made sure that everything was cleaned up after they had finished. I will definitely be using this company again in the future and would give them more than five stars if that were possible to do so

First Coast Home Pros pressure washed my entire 2 story home, driveway, walkways, pool deck, pavers and also washed my windows. They did an amazing job! It was such a mess before but everything is sparkling clean now. They worked hard and were very conscientious about my outdoor furniture and plants. If six stars were an option they would get it !

They went the extra mile and paid particular attention to detail, making everything, including our windows, look shiny and new. We highly recommend FCHP for pressure washing and house exterior/window cleaning. From booking to prep communication and day of service everything went very smooth. Fantastic job in every respect. I've had two fairly bad experiences with pressure washing. On both occasions I had electrical issues and even had to replace a light fitting. This crew could not have been more opposite. Showed up on time, explained everything, did a great job and performed professionally through the process. Job included power washing lanai mesh, pavers, re-sand and seal. I would not hesitate to use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great one-stop local resource for house projects. The pressure washing team did an A++ job: 10yo roof looks new and the house, driveway, patio look great! My landscaping, flowers and windows were well-protected in the process, too. Nice attention to detail and the team arrived on time. Next on the list is painting and sunroom repair. We recently purchased a home in St. Augustine. I hired First Coast Home Pros to do several jobs including an interior/exterior window clean, complete "move in" housecleaning, and to clean and seal all the tile in the bathrooms. Overall, I was very pleased especially since I was in the process of moving cross country while the work was being done. (All the different teams accessed the house through a front door code). My house was immaculate when I arrived in early November - the cleaning crew did an especially good job. Tanya and Brian were very helpful in getting all the worked scheduled, and I very much appreciated that each separate team gave me a call when they were on their way to my house to start their job. I have two small complaints. Number one, the grout was not sealed 100%. I still have some patches where the grout is darkening if you splash it with water. I will put that down to the fact that I do have some smaller tiles which are hard to seal, and I was not present to double check the sealing work. Second, I did call for handyman service, and texted pictures of all the jobs I needed help with. No one ever returned my calls/texts, and I ended up going with a different handyman service. Not a big deal but I like to be completely honest with my reviews. I would hire First Coast Home Pro's again in a heartbeat, and you should too 🙂 Thanks again.

Great communications. Pricing was competitive, and services were awesome. We had our roof cleaned with low pressure service, it now looks brand new. All the algae is gone; We had our home pressure washed and the gutters washed on the outside. The house is clean and bright. And finally we had all of our windows cleaned inside and out. They started with the inside as my wife had to leave. Later they called me and said they were finished with everything, but when they were. Doing a final Inspection they saw 2 smudge marks on the inside glass. They wanted to know if someone could let them in so they could clean the marks. My neighbor let them in and the service was completed. I don’t know what they use to clean the glass but it has been a long time since they were this clean. I highly recommend this company. If you use them, you won’t be disappointed!!

I continue to get amazing service using First Coast Home Pros. They arrive on time are efficient and quick from initial contact to completion of requested services. This time we used them for dryer vent cleaning and they were in and out in less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

-I called First Coast to pressure wash my driveway, walkways and house in WGV, and also asked about cleaning out and flushing my gutters. They immediately gave me an appointment for an estimator who arrived exactly on time and emailed their quote that same night. When I called to schedule the job, the office worked with me to accommodate all my requests, and told me the precise time the crew would arrive, NOT a “between 8:00 and 1:00” window. -Cooper and Robert (excuse me if I got that wrong, I’m bad with names) arrived as promised at the appointment time. They were very professional and after introducing themselves, they reviewed the job with me and started working immediately. When they were finished, I was asked to look at everything because they wanted to be certain I was satisfied. Thank you guys, what a great job — you made things look better than I thought possible! -I like that First Coast offers many services for the home so that I can use the same company for a variety of projects. But what I like most is that they’re good at what they do and work to accommodate their customers, unlike almost every service and contractor today that act like they’re doing customers a favor.

I had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned and was a little worried because I was working that day from home. They were in my home for several hours and you would have never known they were in my home with a massive vacuum. The team was quiet, professional, clean, diligent, efficient. focused and timely. I am just blown away by the level of customer service! The office teams were equally helpful and professional. I have already sent their contact information to friends and will be calling them again for various services. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We had several pressure-washing services (low-pressure roof cleaning, whole house exterior pressure wash, driveway/sidewalk cleaning) performed on 10/16. Matt Hurst and Kirk Krinock were the assigned technicians and informed us of their arrival early that morning. Matt and Kirk were right on time and very courteous upon their arrival. All the scheduled services were explained and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably. We had a laugh about the change in weather and both Matt and Kirk were very personable. They stayed until 7pm, which is to say they were very thorough and took the time to get the job done right! It was a long day for those two, but our house looks brand new and the Spanish tile roof looks fantastic! The estimate we received from First Coast Home Pros was considerably less than other vendors and included more services. We were extremely pleased at the value we received for the cost. We will definitely be using First Coast Home Pros for any future cleaning needs and we are very confident in the quality of their work and personnel.
