Lead Time

Varies, but in general ranges from same day to one week.  We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup or to be shipped.  Please reply to your confirmation email with any questions about lead time.

Return Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges of these products.

Custom Orders

We will work with anyone who has requests for custom orders exceeding 1000 masks.

Important: These products must be washed / disinfected before use and regularly thereafter.  These are not medical grade facemasks.  These should not be worn by anyone under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.  These cloth face coversing are not intended to be a substitute for staying 6 feet away from other people (social distancing).  We make no representation that these masks will stop COVID-19 or otherwise regarding their effectiveness.
