To achieve this goal, we start by being responsive to your scheduling needs and respectful of your time. Our normal operating hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Visits are scheduled at your convenience to begin within a small arrival window. Thus, you don’t have to worry about spending all day waiting around for us while wondering when we will be coming.

It all starts with good communication, which is why we offer free, in home estimates for all of our award winning services.  We want you to know what kind of results you can expect and how much it will cost before we begin a job so that there are no surprises.

We believe that a good cleaning job is fundamentally a science project.  We use the four elements of cleaning chemistry: CHAT – Chemicals, Heat, Agitation, and Time.  As in so many other areas in life, it’s all about balance.  Too little of any one element may result in an unsatisfactory job, and too much of any one element may result in damage to the cleaning surface or surrounding environment. The key to a successful cleaning job is understanding these elements of cleaning and using them in harmony with each other.

We respect your time, and our goal is to be on time, every time. We have systems in place to make sure that when we give you an appointment time, we will keep it. Of course, every science project has unknown variables. If caring for another customer takes longer than planned and causes your team to run behind schedule, you will be the first to know, and upon arrival we will show you the same level of dedication as we did the customer whose job took a little longer to get right.

Not only do we have the best employees in the business, we also commit to giving them the best supplies, equipment, and tools in the industry. When we come to your house to do a carpet cleaning job, for example, the machines and tools that we use are all the very best in their class for any given task. We don’t do anything halfway, in part because we have the very best tools and equipment available.

We are also careful not to take unnecessary risks with your property. Our technicians are highly trained and we are bonded and insured for our safety and your protection. As required by the state, we also carry full workers compensation insurance for all of our employees. With that in mind, we promise to communicate effectively with you about any known risks associated with performing work at your home.

Our Story

In 2002, founder Joshua Kennedy got a summer job cleaning windows for one of the best window cleaning companies in the country. He paid his way through college in Ohio cleaning windows and upon graduation was offered a full time job as a project manager there, which he performed diligently through 2007.

When Josh followed his family to Jacksonville in 2008, the only logical thing to do was to start cleaning windows. First Coast Home Pros was an immediate success. Customers loved the commitment to excellence and attitude of service, and to this day these are hallmarks of the First Coast Home Pros experience.

As the company grew, customers demanded more services. They insisted that we take care of all of their exterior cleaning projects, including pressure washing, roof cleaning, and gutter cleaning, each of which quickly became popular mainstays.

In 2009, Josh’s wife joined the company and started our maid services division. This was a big hit with customers, who insisted that no one had ever cleaned their house as well as FCHP did. We are proud to say that we hear this compliment even more often now than we did then.

Our service offering also includes carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. Our specialists are IICRC certified and possess a wealth of knowledge about the chemistry of cleaning.

We also offer air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, making us the only full service cleaning company in the area. There is no one in town who is better equipped and trained to clean your home from top to bottom, inside and out.

In 2018, we became a Florida Certified Residential Contractor CRC#1331797 and we now offer Handyman Services, including home repairs, general maintenance, installation services, remodeling, and renovation services.

A. Yes.  We carry $2 million in General Liability insurance and full Workers’ Compensation insurance on each of our employees as required by the state.  We also carry bond coverage on our employees as well.
